Policies

All our pets are healthy to our knowledge when they are sold. We do not sell known sick animals to customers without their knowledge. All our dogs/Puppies are vaccinated unless otherwise stated. All goods sold are non refundable but are open to exchange of other products offered by our company. All products comes with one week exchange periods unless otherwise stated (Manufacturers warranty) except for consumables like food which is non exchangeable if opened.
